Damon Wayans, né le 4 septembre 1960 à Harlem, New York, est un humoriste, acteur, scénariste, producteur et réalisateur américain, membre de la célèbre famille Wayans. Il débute au cinéma avec un petit rôle dans Le Flic de Beverly Hills (1984) et passe brièvement par Saturday Night Live (1985-1986). Révélé par le personnage de Homey the Clown dans In Living Color (1990-1992), créée par son frère Keenen Ivory, il enchaîne les succès comiques comme Le Dernier Samaritain (1991), Mo' Money (1992), Major Payne (1995) et Bamboozled (2000). À la télévision, il brille en père de famille dans Ma famille d'abord (2001-2005) et en Roger Murtaugh dans L'Arme fatale (2016-2019). En 2024-2025, il partage l'affiche de Poppa's House avec son fils Damon Wayans Jr.
