Leo John Genn (9 août 1905 – 26 janvier 1978) était un acteur et avocat anglais. Reconnaissable à son charme naturel et à sa voix suave et profonde, il mena une longue carrière au théâtre, au cinéma, à la télévision et à la radio, interprétant souvent des rôles d'aristocrates ou de gentlemen raffinés. Né dans une famille juive londonienne, Genn fit des études de droit et exerça comme avocat jusqu'après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, durant laquelle il servit dans la Royal Artillery avec le grade de lieutenant-colonel. Il débuta sa carrière d'acteur à l'Old Vic et fit ses premiers pas au cinéma en 1935. Il joua dans 85 films au total jusqu'à sa mort en 1978. Pour son interprétation de Pétrone dans le film hollywoodien épique Quo Vadis (1951), il fut nommé à l'Oscar du meilleur acteur dans un second rôle.
