Brian Kerwin (né le 25 octobre 1949) est un acteur américain. Né à Chicago, dans l'Illinois, Kerwin a remporté le Theatre World Award en 1988 pour la pièce off-Broadway Emily. Il a joué à Broadway dans la reprise de The Little Foxes en 1997 et dans la comédie d'Elaine May After the Night and the Music en 2005. La même année, il a joué dans The Goat or Who is Sylvia ? d'Edward Albee au Mark Taper Forum et a joué Nick dans une reprise très appréciée de Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf ? d'Albee avec Glenda Jackson et John Lithgow. Il a également joué aux côtés de Kathy Baker dans la production du South Coast Repertory de The Man from Nebraska en 2006. Sa dernière apparition sur scène a eu lieu dans la production de Broadway August: Osage County. Il a joué son amant marié. Son nom était orthographié Brain Kerwin dans le générique. Kerwin est marié à Jeanne Marie Troy depuis le 2 septembre 1990. Ils ont trois enfants, Finn, Matilda et Brennan.
