Kevin Bernhardt est américain, scénariste, acteur, comédien et producteur. Bernhardt est surtout connu comme scénariste, avec plus de 20 scénarios produits depuis le milieu des années 1990. On lui connaît une douzaine de rôles d’acteur comme J.P. Monroe dans le film d’Action/horreur Hellraiser III : Hell on Earth (1992), Dean dans Top of the World (1997) et Billy Knox dans «Immortals» (1995). Bernhardt a débuté dans les séries TV avec un rôle régulier comme Père Tanner McBride pour la série Dynastie (1989-1990) et comme Kevin O'connor dans la série Hôpital Central (1985-1987) .
