Biographie:

Andrew Stanton (né le 3 décembre 1965) est un réalisateur, scénariste, producteur et acteur américain basé chez Pixar, qu'il a rejoint en 1990. Il a notamment coécrit A Bug's Life (1998) de Pixar (en tant que co-réalisateur), Finding Nemo (2003) et sa suite Finding Dory (2016), WALL-E (2008) et le film en direct, John Carter de Disney (2012). Il a également co-écrit les quatre films de Toy Story (1995-2019) et Monsters, Inc. (2001). Finding Nemo et WALL-E lui ont valu deux Oscars du meilleur film d'animation. Il a également été nominé à trois reprises aux Oscars pour le meilleur scénario original, pour Finding Nemo, WALL-E et Toy Story (1995), et pour un Oscar du meilleur scénario adapté pour Toy Story 3 (2010). À la télévision, Stanton a réalisé deux épisodes de Stranger Things en 2017, un épisode de Better Call Saul en 2018, et la dernière saison de Legion en 2019.
