Fido (2006)
Stati Uniti, anni '50. Una misteriosa nube cosmica fa resuscitare i cadaveri e li trasforma in zombi affamati di carne umana. Quando tutto sembra perduto, l'arrivo di una clamorosa invenzione permette di allontanare la minaccia. Il deus ex-amchina è il collare elettronico prodotto dalla ZomCon, che trasforma i morti viventi in docili servi, maggiordomi cortesi e, perché no, animali da compagnia. Anche i Robinson decidono di comprare Fido, il loro docile zombie domestico. I servigi del fedele schiavo regalano un'infinità di tempo libero alla famiglia. Cosa succederebbe se il collare dovesse rompersi?
