Il mio primo bacio (1994)
Leda deve scrivere un saggio per la scuola su una persona importante che non ha mai conosciuto. Decide di dedicare il suo compito alla madre, e si mette in viaggio per la California per indagare sul suo passato. Sarà ospite dello zio Phill, trasferitosi per cambiare registro, per cinque giorni. Lì conoscerà la sua futura zia, Rose, e suo figlio Nick. Dopo le prime amare scoperte sul passato di sua madre, riesce a rintracciare il suo ex fidanzato che le regala un video su pellicola dei preparativi per uno spettacolo a cui ha partecipato sua madre, e altre registrazioni, in cui lei si esibisce in una canzone. Felice per aver trovato molte informazioni su sua madre, Leda torna a casa, scambiandosi un tenero bacio appassionato con Nick, e sarà di ritorno in tempo per veder nascere il suo nuovo fratellino.
