Last Life in the Universe (2003)
Kenji, un ragazzo giapponese con forti tendenze suicide, per una serie di casualità si trova a vivere a casa di Noi, una ragazzina che fa la prostituta e che ha appena perso la sorella in un incidente automobilistico. Sono due persone molto diverse tra di loro: Noi, apparentemente sicura, si rivela debole e solo l'asociale Kenji potrà aiutarla ad abbandonare la sua vita per tentare di costruirne una nuova dopo essere partita per Osaka.
