La famiglia del professore matto (2000)
Il professor Klump, obeso insegnante di genetica alla Wellman University, ha trovato conforto ai suoi problemi di peso nell'amore di Denise Gaines, la sensibile collega che, conquistata dalla sua gentilezza d'animo, intende sposarlo. Alla vigilia del matrimonio, quando tutto sembra procedere per il meglio, riappare, improvvisamente, Buddy Love - l'alter ego che lo stesso Klump aveva malauguratamente creato in un precedente esperimento - che, deciso più che mai ad imporre la propria personalità e a vivere una vita propria, pensa di arricchirsi sfruttando commercialmente un elisir della giovinezza appena inventato da Denise. Klump tenta disperatamente di eliminare il suo doppio manipolando il proprio DNA, ma il farmaco al quale avventatamente ricorre appanna progressivamente la sua intelligenza esponendolo allo scherno della sua famiglia e di quella di Denise.
