Space Camp - Gravità zero (1986)
Quattro diciottenni - due ragazzi e due ragazze - partecipano ad una sessione di studi promossa dalla NASA per conoscere le fasi di addestramento degli astronauti e della preparazione al volo nello spazio. Per un incidente, provocato da un robot che non risponde bene ai comandi, la navetta spaziale nella quale stanno lavorando decolla e i ragazzi con il loro istruttore devono fare affidamento sulla propria intelligenza per riuscire a tornare sulla Terra. Distribuito mentre la cronaca registrava i drammatici momenti della tragedia dello shuttle Challenger, il film non riscosse molta attenzione da parte del pubblico. Pensare, peraltro, che la NASA possa affidare ad un gruppo di ragazzi i delicati comandi di un missile pronto a partire per lo spazio, risulta, oggi, una premessa avventurosa talmente inverosimile da scoraggiare anche il più ingenuo degli spettatori.
