It's Never Over, Jeff Buckley (2025)
Un solo album, il primo (Grace, 1994), è bastato perché Jeff Buckley, figlio del grande Tim Buckley (1947-1975), entrasse nella storia della musica, prima della tragica morte nelle acque di un affluente del Mississippi a trent’anni, nel 1997. Il documentario di Amy Berg ne ricostruisce la vita e l’itinerario artistico nel contesto culturale della New York degli anni Ottanta e Novanta, grazie a materiali inediti e testimonianze di familiari e di altri artisti come Ben Harper e Aimee Mann. Brad Pitt, che in passato avrebbe voluto interpretare Buckley in un biopic, è il produttore esecutivo.
