MirrorMask (2005)
Helena Campbell è un adolescente che lavora svogliatamente come acrobata presso il piccolo circo gestito dai genitori: quando la madre, con la quale ha un rapporto conflittuale, si ammala gravemente, Helena trascorre la notte che precede la delicata operazione in un mondo alternativo, nato dalla sua fantasia, che prende vita durante il sonno.
