The Last Days of Disco (1998)
Gli ultimi giorni della disco music sono quelli a cavallo tra i '70 e gli '80 quando Alice (C. Sevigny) e Charlotte (K. Beckinsale), neolaureate all'Hampshire College e modeste consulenti editoriali in una casa editrice di New York, riescono, dopo aver avuto accesso al club-discoteca più esclusivo di Manhattan, a frequentare un gruppo di giovani, rampanti e facoltosi yuppie. Elegia nostalgica di un effimero fenomeno musicalmente frivolo e sociologicamente futile?
