Minotauro (2006)
Nella notte dei tempi, il leggendario Minotauro, nato dall’incrocio tra una regina e un toro (ognuno ha i suoi gusti), esige periodici sacrifici umani. Nel piccolo villaggio che deve sacrificare i suoi giovani al mostro, Theo (Tom Hardy), figlio del capo Cyrnan (Rutger Hauer), è turbato e non ci sta. Una vecchia gli dice che i sacrificati, compresa la sua fidanzata, non sono morti, ma vivono in realtà nel labirinto assieme al Minotauro. Theo decide quindi di compiere l’impresa di uccidere il Minotauro e salvare i prigionieri. Quando arrivano i guerrieri per prelevare le vittime sacrificali, Cyrnan si oppone, ma quelli scatenano un massacro e si prendono ugualmente i giovani. Theo si imbarca non visto sulla nave, pronto a dare battaglia.
