La ragazza di San Diego (1983)
Julie, la ragazza più carina del liceo, sta con Tommy, il ragazzo più carino del liceo, frequentano l'ultimo anno della Valley High School, una scuola di ricchi figli di papà. Julie stufa dell'arroganza di Tommy decide di lasiarlo e a una festa incontra Randy, il coatto che viene da Hollywood, e che si è imbucato insieme con un amico. I due ospiti non sono per niente graditi e infatti verranno cacciati in malo modo. È amore a prima vista. Randy torna alla festa per portarsi via Julie e insieme trascorrono la notte in giro per Hollywood Boulevard, con i suoi eccentrici abitanti, con i locali di musica underground. I due giovani appartengono a due mondi opposti, a due classi sociali diverse e questo inizia presto a creare dei problemi.
