La seduzione del male (1996)
Nel 1692 a Salem, nel Massachussetts, vive una comunità che passa tutto il suo tempo a servire e a lodare Dio. Oppresse dall'ossessiva religiosità dei più anziani, alcune ragazze, danzano nude nel bosco. Tra di loro c'è anche Abigail, che ha perso la verginità nel letto di John Proctor, un fattore sposato ad un'altra donna. Parte la caccia alle streghe: intolleranza religiosa ai limiti dell'isteria mistica, e opportunità di vendette personali.
