La vedova non veste di nero (1988)
L'anziano sergente della polizia australiana Jack Welles, dopo aver ucciso un corriere della droga, ne ruba la valigia piena di denaro. Poi, tornando a casa, scopre la moglie a letto con Jeff, una guardia mineraria. Dopo una violenta colluttazione il sergente viene colpito alla testa con una bottiglia e, creduto morto, gettato in un pozzo dai due amanti. Ma mentre al distretto l'agente Morris comincia a nutrire dubbi sull'integrità morale del capo, il sergente riesce ad uscire dal pozzo e terrorizza i due amanti.
