Rompicapo a New York (2013)
Xavier Russeau vive a Parigi, ha quarant'anni, una moglie, due figli e una crisi da gestire. Wendy, la sua compagna, lo sta lasciando per un fidanzato ricco e americano con cui si trasferisce presto nel cuore di Manhattan. Deciso a crescere i suoi bambini e ad occuparsi della loro educazione, Xavier lascia Parigi per New York dove ricomincia da zero. Lo accolgono e lo assistono Ju e Isabelle, l'amica lesbica che desiderava un figlio e a cui ha donato il seme. Accomodato molto presto in un appartamento di Chinatown, Xavier scrive il suo romanzo, si prende cura dei suoi figli, firma le carte del divorzio, organizza un matrimonio bianco per ottenere la cittadinanza americana, resiste alle pressioni dell'ufficio immigrazione e ospita Martine, la sua prima fidanzata in viaggio di 'affari' a New York. La vita per lui sembra complicata e complicarsi ma il lieto fine è dietro l'angolo e all'ombra dei grattacieli.
