Casa di bambola (1973)
Nora, moglie dell'integerrimo avvocato Torvald Helmer, per potere curare da una grave malattia il marito, falsifica un documento e con questo ottiene un prestito da Krogstad. Ma qualche tempo dopo Krogstad, minacciato di licenziamento da Helmer, ricatta Nora. Helmer viene a conoscenza di tutto e non capisce assolutamente le ragioni della moglie, che ha sempre trattato come un essere completamente dipendente e subalterno: ciò che davvero lo preoccupa è lo scandalo che può sorgere e offuscare la sua reputazione. Krogstad desiste infine dal suo ricatto e Helmer si dichiara pronto a "perdonare" Nora: ma la donna è disgustata dalla sua insensibile ipocrisia e decide di abbandonare marito e figli.
