Pollice da scasso (1978)
Tony Pino alterna, a Boston, il lavoro da cuoco in una tavola calda di cui è proprietario con quella di ladruncolo da bacnarelle e scassinatore notturno insieme ad altre tre persone. Un giorno, dopo anni di prigione, arriva l'occasione della vita: l'assalto alla cassaforte della Brink's da cui porta via due milioni di dollari. Convinto che il colpo sia stato messo a segno dai comunisti per finanziare la guerra, il capo dell'F.B.I. Edgar Hoover scatena i suoi uomini alla scoperta della banda. Salutati come eroi dalla folla del loro povero quartiere, Tony e gli altri vanno in prigione. .
