Strangerland (2015)
Catherine e Matt Parker stanno cercando di adattarsi alla loro nuova vita a Nathgari, una remota cittadina nel deserto australiano. Alla vigilia di una massiccia tempesta di polvere, Catherine e Matt hanno l'esistenza sconvolta quando i loro due figli adolescenti Lily e Tom scompaono nel deserto. Con polvere rossa e tenebre che coprono ogni cosa, l'intera cittadina si unisce alle ricerche condotte dal poliziotto David Rae. Ben presto, diventa chiaro che ai due ragazzi possa essere accaduto qualcosa di terribile: sospetti, voci diffuse e antiche storie aborigene portano gli abitanti del posto a rivoltarsi contro i Parker, spinti sempre più al limite della sopravvivenza.
