Il ritorno di Jess il bandito (1947)
Western che ha per protagonista Jesse James, il Robin Hood del Missouri. Si rifà più alla leggenda che alla storia. Braccato dalla polizia, il fuorilegge capita in una fattoria e ha generosa ospitalità da parte dei coloni. Li ripagherà scoprendo il petrolio nel loro terreno e difendendoli da uno speculatore.
