La spada di Hok (1980)
Il perfido Voltan, dopo aver ucciso il padre, semina terrore e morte ovunque passi. Ogni suo gesto è dominato dal suo incrollabile odio verso il frarello Hok, del quale ha ucciso la moglie che, rifiutandosi di cedergli, lo aveva orrendamente sfigurato. Il giorno in cui Voltan - chiamato "Il Grande Nero" - rapisce una suora chiedendo un immenso riscatto, Hok capisce che per lui e per la sua spada magica è arrivato il momento di scendere in campo contro il fratello. Riunito, con l'aiuto di una maga da lui salvata dal rogo, il suo piccolo, formidabile esercito composto da un arciere infallibile, un gigante poderoso, un astuto nano ed un balestriere ultraveloce, Hok riuscirà a portare a termine la sua impresa, sia pure a prezzo della vita di tre dei suoi amici. Nel duello finale uccide Voltan, ma un mago delle tenebre porta via il cadavere del Grande Nero per risvegliarlo a nuove malvagità, mentre Hok ed il gigante partono insieme verso nuove avventure.
