Il segreto del Tibet (1935)
Il botanico dottor Glendon (Henry Hull) trova in Tibet una rarissima pianta, la Mariphasa, ma viene attaccato da una strana creatura che lo morde a un braccio.Tornato a Londra, si dedica a far crescere la pianta (che fiorisce solo alla luce della luna), trascurando, come sua abitudine, la moglie Lisa (Valerie Hobson) che trova conforto nell’amicizia di un vecchio spasimante, Paul (Lester Matthews). Uno strano personaggio, il dottor Yogami (Warner Oland), si avvicina a Glendon e sembra molto interessato alla pianta che, dice, è l’unico antidoto, sia pure temporaneo, contro la licantropia. Glendon si rende conto di trasformarsi ogni notte di luna piena in un licantropo assetato di sangue.
