Siamo a Hong Kong nel 1910. Un europeo si dà alla caccia dei capi della setta dei Tongs, che è dedita alla tratta delle donne, alla corruzione, al terrore. Il coraggioso quasi ci rimette la vita, ma riesce nel suo intento.
