Prigioniera di un incubo (2003)
Contro il volere della famiglia, contro le aspettative dei suoi amici, contro le regole della classe sociale a cui appartiene, Julianne decide di sposare Mitch, un ragazzo di umili origini, conosciuto soltanto qualche mese prima. La giovane coppia si regala un viaggio di nozze fuori dalla norma: quindici giorni in una capanna isolata sulle rive di un laghetto delle montagne rocciose. Niente elettricità, niente telefono, niente comodità, soltanto l'intimità degli sposi. Ma dopo qualche giorno il comportamento di Mitch inizia a diventare ossessivo: il ragazzo prima nega alla moglie la possibilità di raggiungere la terraferma, quindi la costringe a restare a sua disposizione, arrivando persino ad incatenarla. Come un topo in trappola, Julianne cade vittima della follia del marito. Fuggire diventerà il suo unico obiettivo...
