I marciapiedi di New York (2001)
Tommy, cresciuto nel Queens, sembra avere tutto dalla vita, ma vorrebbe avere la stabilità, forse una famiglia. Carpo, tenace seduttore, vede il sesso come una gara da vincere a tutti i costi. Maria, insegnante elementare, ha lasciato il suo uomo e sta per iniziare una storia con Tommy. Benjamin cerca di fare pace con Maria, ma ben presto trasferisce le sue attenzioni su Ashley. Griffin dentista arrogante si vanta del suo "atteggiamento europeo" nei confronti dell'amore. Annie diventa sempre più diffidente nei confronti di suo marito.
