The Beatles: Eight Days a Week - The Touring Years (2016)
Il film è incentrato sulla prima parte della carriera dei Beatles (1962-1966), periodo in cui la band raggiunse il successo mondiale. Il regista Ron Howard racconta come John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison e Ringo Starr si sono uniti diventando quel fenomeno straordinario che tutti conosciamo come "I Beatles." Un racconto costituito da filmati rari e inediti, che esplora il dietro le quinte della band, il modo in cui prendevano le decisioni, creavano la loro musica e costruivano insieme la loro carriera, mostrando l'incredibile personalità e lo straordinario dono musicale che caratterizzavano ciascuno di loro. Il film si concentrerà sul periodo di tempo dal viaggio dei primi Beatles all’epoca di The Cavern Club di Liverpool per il loro ultimo concerto al Candlestick Park di San Francisco nel 1966.
