La giovane inglese Nikki ha scelto Creta come meta delle proprie vacanze. Durante il soggiorno nell'isola greca conosce Mark, un uomo sulle tracce di un inafferrabile ladro che gli ha rubato una preziosa collana. La ragazza diventa così una pedina nel "gioco" fra derubato e malfattore, che si conclude col trionfo della giutizia e dell'amore.
