Arctic Blast - Attacco glaciale (2010)
Jack Tate è un fisico esperto di Meteorologia che lavora in una base a supporto di una nave per ricerche. Sua moglie, anatomo patologa vuole il divorzio accusandolo di essere drogato dal lavoro e anche Naomi, la figlia adolescente, concorda con la madre. Un giorno tutti coloro che si trovavano a bordo della nave vengono ritrovati congelati. Jack comprende che la tragedia è dovuta a un buco che si è aperto nell’ozono facendo filtrare aria ghiacciatissima. Il suo capo, Winslaw, ritiene le sue deduzioni non comprovate e questo fa perdere del tempo prezioso. Il rischio di una nuova era glaciale si fa sempre più concreto.
