Come un uragano infuria di fuori, l'equipaggio di piccole, ma con esperienza di un impianto di perforazione del petrolio si deposita per superare la tempesta. Isolato su l'impianto di perforazione, la calma è di breve durata, quando un membro dell'equipaggio manca all'appello e una vasta ricerca si rivela inutile. Lentamente, si scopre che una creatura mortale è stalking l'equipaggio scheletro, eliminando uno ad uno. Circondato da niente, ma oceano in tempesta, la loro comunicazione tagliate e non lontano l'impianto di perforazione, la teppisti cercano di sopravvivere alla notte di tempesta, con una forza implacabile della morte di caccia giù.
