Cul de sac (1966)
George e sua moglie Teresa vivono su un'isola nel castello dove Sir Walter Scott scrisse "Rob Roy": non succede mai nulla; Teresa si annoia e flirta con chiunque capiti a tiro; George sta bene lontano dalla vita di città. Un giorno arrivano Dick e Albert, criminali reduci da una rapina andata male: Albert muore e Dick tiene in ostaggio i due coniugi. Tra i tre nasce un rapporto surreale, e così pure si dipana la loro obbligata convivenza.
