Harem Suare (1999)
Luglio 1908, alla vigilia del crollo dell'impero Ottomano. Nel palazzo del sultano Abdulhamit II, Safiyè, ragazza di origini italiane, stringe un patto di alleanza con Nadir, uno dei giovani eunuchi dell'harem. Safiyè mira a diventare la favorita del sultano, e poi la madre di uno dei suoi figli. Mentre portano avanti questo piano, Safiyè e Nadir provano un'attrazione reciproca che diventa una storia d'amore, anche fisica, che supera le barriere del proibito per lei e della condizione di evirato per lui.
