Pelikanblut (2020)
Wiebke vive con la figlia adottiva di nove anni, Nicolina, in un idilliaco allevamento di cavalli. Dopo aver atteso molto tempo, ora ha la possibilità di adottare Raya, bambina di cinque anni, per dare a Nicolina la sorella che ha sempre desiderato. Le prime settimane trascorrono in armonia, e le sorelle vanno d’amore e d’accordo. Ma poco dopo, Wiebke capisce che Raya, inizialmente timida e incantevole, sta diventando sempre più aggressiva e costituisce un pericolo per sé stessa e gli altri. La madre dovrà presto spingersi oltre i propri limiti e prendere delle decisioni estreme per proteggere le sue piccole.
