Purl (2019)
Disney-Pixar ha pubblicato online il primo corto realizzato all’interno del progetto SparkShorts, pensato per scoprire nuovi autori di talento ed esplorare nuove tecniche. Protagonista del corto – diretto da Kristen Lester – è un gomitolo di lana rosa che viene assunto in un’azienda composta da dipendenti esclusivamente maschi che la escludono da tutto. Purl decide così di modificare il proprio aspetto per farsi apprezzare di più, almeno fino all’arrivo di un nuovo gomitolo che le fa vedere le cose sotto una prospettiva diversa.
