Hannah, nota per la sua capacità di rendere moderni gli spazi più obsoleti, ha un programma televisivo tutto suo. Ultimamente, però, gli indici di ascolto sono calati e il suo capo le propone di portare il programma nella sua pittoresca cittadina natale, Lewisburg. Incaricata di restaurare uno storico maniero per trasformarlo in un b&b, Hannah è pronta per la sfida quando scopre che a supervisionare il progetto è l'ex fidanzato e architetto Jeff. Lavorando fianco a fianco, scopriranno di essere ancora reciprocamente attratti e la loro chimica non passerà inosservata agi occhi della telecamera e dei concittadini.
