Il mistero di Jo Locke, il sosia e miss Britannia '58 (1991)
A Liverpool, il trentenne Micky O'Neill, impresario teatrale e direttore di un vecchio locale, si è fidanzato con Nancy ma si trova in difficoltà col lavoro. Per conquistare la comunità irlandese della città cerca di scritturare il leggendario tenore Joseph Locke, sparito da venticinque anni, quando abbandonò l'Inghilterra perché accusato di frode fiscale. Micky pensa di averlo rintracciato e lo presenta al pubblico come Mister X.
