Bomber (2009)
La coppia di ottantenni Alistair e Valerie da tanto tempo non torna nel paese d'origine, la Germania. Lui, ex pilota della Raf, porta con sé da troppi anni il peso di una colpa mai espiata. Decidono così di partire per saldare i conti con il passato: Alistair è intenzionato a chiedere pubblicamente scusa alla popolazione del villaggio tedesco che ha bombardato durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Al viaggio si unisce (controvoglia) lo sbandato figlio Ross, trentenne che non ha ancora deciso cosa fare della propria vita. Costretti a vivere a stretto contatto, la vacanza si rivelerà un'occasione per fare i conti con le cose mai dette e affrontare questioni da tempo irrisolte.
