Un 32 août sur terre (1999)
La giovane Simone rimane coinvolta in un incidente d'auto che le è quasi fatale, e mentre s'interroga sulla mortalità, decide che forse è arrivato il momento di avere un bambino. Il miglior candidato per diventare padre è il suo migliore amico Phillipe che si dice subito d'accordo, a patto che concepiscano il bambino a Salt Lake City, nel deserto. Il viaggio sarà una lezione profonda e avvincente sull'amore, la solitudine, e la scoperta di sé.
