The Unjust (2010)
Un serial killer violenta e massacra diverse bambine della scuola elementare, facendo inferocire l’opinione pubblica. Dopo aver ucciso accidentalmente il sospetto numero uno senza alcuna prova concreta a suo carico, e sentendo su di sé le pressioni dello stesso presidente della Repubblica, la polizia cerca di insabbiare il caso piuttosto che risolverlo. Per il capitano di polizia Choi è l’occasione per dare una svolta alla sua problematica carriera e non esita a trasformare uno dei sospettati in un capro espiatorio, mettendo così in moto un meccanismo fatto di rivalità e ambizione, accordi segreti e scambi di favori che fa sprofondare tutti i personaggi coinvolti in un circolo vizioso di violenza, immoralità e abuso di potere.
