TANKARD è una delle band veterane della scena Thrash Metal teutonica, in attività dal 1982. Il gruppo di Frankfurt continua imperterrito a proporre il proprio sound tirato e divertente, con testi quasi del tutto dedicati alla birra e bevande alcoliche in generale. "Open All Night - Reloaded" contiene le riprese di due concerti storici : quello leggendario al Thrashing East Festival del 4 marzo 1990 in compagnia di Kreator, Coroner e Sabbat e quello più recente al Rock Hard Festival 2007.
