I Lumière hanno realizzato e prodotto ufficialmente 1.428 film, ma in realtà sono circa 2.000. Mentre il cinema muto è scomparso al 70-80%, il cinema di Lumière continua a esistere al 100%,” ha spiegato Frèmaux. “Visto il successo del film, abbiamo deciso di realizzare un secondo film. Non basta restaurarli, devono essere poi mostrati, ma in un modo particolare. È importante riportare i film Lumière nelle sale cinematografiche”.
