'40 Live Curætion 25 + Anniversary' è diviso, come il titolo suggerisce, in due sezioni: la prima, 'CURÆTION-25: From There To Here | From Here To There', raccoglie la decima e ultima serata della venticinquesima edizione del Meltdown, festival curato da Smith stesso. L’altra parte, ANNIVERSARY: 1978-2018 Live In Hyde Park London, raccoglie invece l’epico show (già stato film-evento al cinema) da 135 minuti che la band ha offerto il 7 luglio 2018 ai 65mila di Hyde Park.
