Il matrimonio di Maria Braun (1979)
Maria si sposa nel 1943 e il marito parte subito per il fronte, dove viene dato per disperso. Per sopravvivere nella Germania sconfitta, Maria inizia una relazione con un americano, che viene ucciso in circostanze poco chiare al ritorno del marito. Questi si fa arrestare per salvare Maria, che seduce l'industriale Oswald diventando ricca e potente. Secondo un accordo tra i due uomini, alla morte di Oswald la donna tornerà con il marito....
