Onoda, 10.000 notti nella giungla (2021)
Giappone, 1944. Addestrato per lavori di intelligence, il ventiduenne Hiroo Onoda va contro ogni linea guida ufficiale: qualunque cosa accada, il suicidio non deve essere nemmeno preso in considerazione. Rimanere in vita significa assicurarsi che la missione assegnata possa essere portata a termine, anche se con modalità differenti. Mandato a Lubang, una piccola isola nelle Filippine dove gli americani si apprestano a sbarcare, dovrà portare avanti la guerriglia locale fino al ritorno delle truppe giapponesi. Mentre l'Impero si arrenderà in poco tempo, Onoda lo farà 10 mila giorni dopo.
