Nell'Immediato successo, si sono stabiliti in prima linea del jazz-rock fusion con un susseguirsi di album più venduti e sell out tour mondiali. Questo nuovo DVD, girato alla fine del 2005, presenta la versione da concerto della sua  album più recente "The Way UPA", che è valso a Pat Metheny Group il 10 Grammy ® ed Awards a Metheny personalmente
