Vi siete mai chiesti cosa contiene un banale (ma appetitoso) cordon-bleu acquistato al supermercato? Perché un simile alimento dovrebbe richiedere l’utilizzo di decine di ingredienti chimici, tra additivi e conservanti? È proprio dalla complessità di questa pietanza che ha inizio un viaggio dietro le quinte dell’industria agroalimentare, sempre più pervasiva e dai prodotti sempre più abbordabili per le nostre tasche, ma non per questo meno “costosi” in termini salutari. Per carpire i segreti dei piatti ultra-trasformati - che non risparmiano neppure la dieta vegana - i protagonisti del film-inchiesta di Maud Gangler e Martin Blanchard hanno voluto “decostruire” dall'interno il sistema di alimentazione industriale.
