È l'ultimo anno di Zed e Addison a Seabrook e Seabrook è diventata un paradiso per mostri e umani. Zed sta cercando di ottenere una borsa di studio con il football per essere il primo Zombie a frequentare il college e Addison sta organizzando una Gara di Cheerleading internazionale.
