Il pescatore di sogni (2012)
Alfred Jones è uno scienziato introverso e compassato occupato presso il Ministero della Pesca e dell'Agricoltura. Vessato da un superiore ottuso e da una moglie algida e in carriera, il dottor Jones riceve una mail e una curiosa proposta: introdurre la pesca al salmone nello Yemen. Contattato da Harriet Chetwode-Talbot, funzionario commerciale che gestisce ricchezze e interessi di uno sceicco yemenita col vizio della canna e della fede, Jones viene costretto dalla portavoce del primo Ministro britannico ad accettare il lavoro. Contagiato molto presto dalla visionarietà dello sceicco e dalla grazia di Harriet, il ragionevole esperto in scienze ittiche risalirà fiume e corrente per trovare finalmente il vero amore e un'acqua più dolce in cui bagnarsi.
