Sparkle - La luce del successo (2012)
La protagonista è Sparkle (vincitrice di American Idol Jordin Sparks), la più giovane di tre sorelle grande talento musicale che lotta per diventare una star e nello stesso tempo deve far fronte ai problemi che possono distruggere la sua famiglia a Detroit. Con le sorelle (Tika Sumpter e Carmen Ejogo) formerà un gruppo canoro.
